Brian W. Morris represents individuals and small or medium sized businesses in Family Law.
Morris passed the Michigan Bar after graduating law school as a Lincoln Scholar at the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as both a member and as an administrative editor on the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Brian earning his undergraduate degree at Alma College, where he double-majored in Philosophy and Sociology.
Brian was recruited to begin his law career at a Firm in Chicago for litigation, where he was trained in the firm’s extensive litigation program designed to preserve its reputation and to ensure that clients received the “Rolls Royce” services they expected. Brian represented Fortune 500 executives, companies, and committees with familiar household names such as Consumers Power, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, The John Buck Company, Conde Naste, Commonwealth Edison, and others in commercial litigation matters.
Morris returned to his home. He had a goal of offering the same aggressive representation and allowance for dispute de-escalation and peaceful resolution as he provided as a litigator in Chicago.
Morris is a regular attorney volunteer at Friday “Ask a Lawyer” programs offered at the Kalamazoo Public Library.
